A- Requirements / Qualifications
University degree in Civil Engineering
Computer literate
Arabic and English communication skills
Understands contracts, plans and specifications abut construction methods, materials & regulations
Minimum10 years relevant work experience in similar position
B- Purpose
To ensure that all the contract program/specifications requirements are achieved with good quality of work.
To coordinate all resources required for the execution of the Project and completion on time with agreed budget.
C- Responsibilities
Checking overall project progress to meet the client requirements.
Managing the project administration and technical staff in accordance with the PMS of the project.
Company representative in all the client meetings.
Implementation and participation of the company strategic decisions for the project execution.
Full operation and management of the project.
Approval and signage of the project bills in accordance to the project cash flow diagram.
Making decisions of any duration on the time schedules and cash flow to meet the client requirements.
To assign and position the project team with the coordination with the HR department.
Handling the client's complaints and take the required decision to response to any clarifications.
Ensures that site comply with current health and safety regulations and Companys safety policies.
Organizes and attends site meetings on Contractor's and Supplier's quality and performance to ensure adherence to established standards.
Ensures Client's specifications and requirements are implemented according to agreed upon deliverables; produces punch lists and coordinate completion of those lists.
D- Internal / External Communications
Internally with the Project team in line with the requirements of the Company's IMS and PMM.
Externally with Client/Subcontractor/Supplier representatives.
